Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Property Administrator / Marketing Coordinator for our client located in North Battleford. This individual will be responsible for the administrative and office duties related to property management and the annual marketing campaigns, advertising and promotion of their specific location.
Property Administrator duties include:
Enter monthly sales figures in industry specific software
General filing including annual set of new files, telephone and mail
Monitor and collect tenant insurance certificates
Process invoices including matching to purchase, coding invoices to comply with budget schedules for Property Managers approval, input batches into software, photocopying and sending originals to HO.
Maintain and update tenant contract information sheet on a yearly basis
Assist with preparation of annual budget process for assigned buildings in the Property Managers portfolio
Marketing Coordinator duties include:
Prepare and present annual promotional budget and calendar of events to the Property Manager
Maintain an up-to-date set of financial records, outlining expenditures
Purchases all advertising media, based on the budget, on an annual basis, ensuring that the best rates are received.
Coordinate, organize and present all on-site promotions
Maintain website and social media
Create and publish ads on a digital sign board
Work closely with community groups and leaders ensuring full cooperation with groups
Skills:
Minimum of 1 year in a similar role (Property Administrator/Marketing Coordinator)
Knowledge of and experience with Wordpress, graphic design and video editing software would be an asset
This position is 35 hours/ week and offers a competitive wage and excellent opportunities for growth.
