IMP Canada & the Mercan Group (International Recruitment-to-Settlement and Immigration Firm) Seeks Full Time Administrator/Receptionist to join our awesome team!

Employee Health Plan through Blue Cross as well as additional compensation packages which are based on retention and performance

Compensation & Salary commensurate with education and experience within applicable Job Band

Requirements:
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada; High level of communication skills in English  speaking, reading, writing and listening (secondary language skills in Tagalog an asset); Three (3) or more years experience in office administrative position preferred; Client service oriented; Detail oriented with proven organizational skills, and can manage time efficiently, as well as multi-task; Possess proven written and verbal communication skills; Self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations; Independent, motivated, proactive, and focused to take action; Proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a general business background  typing more than 50 words per minute.
    
Job Duties:
Below are some of the required duties for this position: Book Meetings;Greeting and assisting walk-in clients; Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person; General Office Support (Data-Entry, photocopying, scanning and filing)
Prepare, maintain and monitor reports using Excel; Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail; Additional tasks as required
