Looking for a highly-motivated and talented Medical Office Assistant to partner with Dr. Lutz in his Orthopedic Surgery practice.  As the sole Administrative Assistant to Dr. Ian Lutz you will have an important role in delivering exceptional patient care.

REQUIREMENTS

Seeking someone who has previous Medical Office Assistant experience with Accuro EMR and who is trustworthy, reliable, highly-motivated, detailed, flexible, efficient, easy-going and organized. Effective interpersonal and communication skills are a must!

Duties include electronic patient charting with Accuro EMR, reception, general office administration, scheduling, transcription (typing >60 wpm), surgical bookings, bookkeeping and billing.

COMPENSATION AND TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

This is a Full-Time position with office hours Monday to Friday, 0800-1630.  No evening, weekend, or overtime work.  The hourly wage and holiday time will be negotiated based on experience and ability.

ABOUT DR. IAN LUTZ MEDICAL PROF CORP

Dr. Lutz is an Orthopedic Surgeon who specializes in adult hip and knee arthroplasty. His practice is located in the Medical Arts Building on Spadina Crescent and is shared with two other Orthopedic Surgeons.
