We are currently looking for an (ENTRY LEVEL) Manager in Training for our location in the Lawson Heights Mall. This position will assist in leading the team on the achievement of sales and will ensure that high levels of customer service are exemplified in the store.

Requirements:

1) 1+years experience motivating a retail team
2) Proven track record of sales achievement
3) Desire to achieve service excellence
4) Superior coaching and organization skills
5) Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
6) Experience in fashion and/or beauty retail preferred
7) Flexible to work evenings and weekends( 24-40 hours)
