We require a capable and experienced individual for the position of Administrative Assistant in our Regina location. This position will report to the General Manager and be a key member of our dynamic, high performance team. The ideal candidate will be high energy, have exceptional customer service standards and be a dynamic professional who has the desire and potential to advance within our company.
Responsibilities:
- Daily invoicing
- Create all overhead POs, create and receive stock transfers
- Coordinate the facilitys Payroll, Human Resource, Return to Work, Benefits, and Pension program with assistance from an HR team across the Prairies
- Generate an annual cycle count schedule at the beginning of the year and ensure that it is followed
- Keeping General Manager up to date with all inventory write ups and write downs
- Other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- High degree of organization skills, attention to detail
- Professional level written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Word, excel and internet
- Experience in leading/supervising others an asset
- Experience in Accounting, Inventory Management, or Human Resources is an asset
- Experience in sales and marketing is an asset
