This position is for a running event called 'Run for Women' on June 4th, 2015 at Goose Hill Park.
A flat fee of $300 will be paid for this position.
For the Race Kit Pick Up and In-Person Registration you would have to take care of the following:
- Review All Procedures with Race Kit Coordinator
- Ensure that there is adequate staffing of volunteers minimum 3 per shift
- Ensure that Race Kit Coordinator knows how to access online registration back end to check on registration data
- Liaise with Timing Company and Kit Pick Up Coordinator to finalize shipping of all needed supply
- Prepare Pick Up lists
- Prepare Race Kits
- Prepare a FAQ Sheet for Staff Members
