FCL invites applications for the position of Fresh Meat/Seafood Category Coordinator in our Home Office located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
With the guidance of the Fresh Meat/Seafood Category Manager, the Fresh Meat/Seafood Category Coordinator will develop and execute fresh meat/seafood category plans for food locations that operate in the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS). The primary responsibility is to assist in the areas of Product Assortment and Marketing. Under the direction of the Fresh Meat/Seafood Category Manager, the Fresh Meat/Seafood Category Coordinator will work on developing all plan-o-grams for fresh meat/seafood categories. They will also work with Retail Pricing Specialists to ensure pricing strategies match the Fresh Meat/Seafood Category Development teamss initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Marketing or Business, with preference for degree and 1-3 years related experience in the retail/wholesale food industry. Meat experience is an asset.
