The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Commercial Manager and is responsible for providing administrative, data entry and clerical services to the Project. This includes answering phones, data entry and administration in a timely manner and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
JOB DUTIES
Answer front line phone, email, and in-person inquiries daily.
Receive and review and organize all office mail.
Sorts and files documents according to process.
Organize logistics of meetings and events.
Organize travel arrangements for senior staff.
Assist Procurement and Finance process with data entry.
Maintain excel spreadsheets and organize data.
Maintain documents and records.
Prepare documents and letters for the Commercial Area.
Provides additional support as required.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) or more years experience working in a construction related environment
Proficient in spreadsheets and word processing software.
Experience in SAP would be considered an asset.
