Duties will include
Reporting to the Dealer Principle, General Manager and Controller, you will be accountable for:
- Leading a high performing, collaborative service department that achieves long term,
consistent growth
- Managing service department processes to achieve the highest customer satisfaction level by
providing excellent customer service
- Managing the day to day operations, recognizing what is in the best interests of the
department, company and customers; making decisions accordingly
- Coordinating work flow through the shop and on the road; ensuring work is completed
efficiently and on time.
- Managing work orders and warranties in accordance to GM guidelines
- Employee satisfaction including directing & monitoring development
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years experience in dealership service operations.
- Journeyman Technician Certification or equivalent
- Clear understanding of the industry and product knowledge
- Exceptional customer service skills as well as dynamic and inspiring leadership skills
- Strong sales ability with solid accounting and financial skills
- A Capacity for Change in anticipating and adapting to changing business conditions, diverse
