Job Duties:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers. Authorize return of merchandise. Sell merchandise. Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages. Maintain specified inventory. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Prepare work schedules. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff and do the related job duties as workers supervised.
