The Manager of Enterprise Architecture will be responsible for the development of the information technology strategic plan, formulating the enterprise architecture and managing the architectural development process within the WCB. You have the overall responsibility for developing and maintaining the Enterprise Architecture Plan (EAP) ensuring the documentation of business objectives, rules, and processes, the development and maintenance of technology architecture, the development and maintenance of a business architecture and ensuring impacts and risks of change to the above are communicated effectively.
The successful candidate works to create a defined business-IT strategy concerning architecture. Critical to your success will be your ability to understand the key business drivers, objectives and processes and the impact technology can have on critical business functions. You must be able to present these concepts in business terms and articulate the business value of enterprise architecture
Qualifications include:
A University Degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited University or a 2 year diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited post-secondary education institution.
Minimum of 10 years experience as a systems professional in a medium to large systems environment with demonstrated experience in progressively responsible roles.
