This position reports to the Student Services Manager and is primarily responsible for providing support services to students and the general public through the College.
EDUCATION
The minimum relevant formal training essential to perform the functions of this position is a Bachelors degree (preferably Bachelor of Social Work) or equivalent. This education would typically provide knowledge of career coaching, personal coaching, group facilitation, adult learning processes, testing and assessment, and crisis intervention.
EXPERIENCE
The amount of practical related experience required is a minimum two years. This experience would typically provide knowledge of career coaching, personal coaching, group facilitation, adult learning processes, testing and assessment, and crisis intervention. Proficiency in business software applications is required. Must have the ability to function in a cross-cultural environment. Must be willing and able to travel.
