Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Supervise hourly material handling personnel in the processes of receiving, warehousing, picking, packing and shipping quality parts on time to the CNH dealer network. This is accomplished by utilizing personnel and equipment provided as efficiently as possible to ensure all receipts and shipping orders are completed on time.

Responsibilities include:

Plan, assign and supervise daily work assignments

Conduct daily communication meetings with employees

Maintain productivity levels as set by Depot Manager

Maintain quality levels as set by Depot Manager

Create/Maintain an environment where employees are motivated to take ownership of responsibilities to increase productivity

Continuously look for areas to reduce warehouse backorders and shipping errors while reducing costs

Schedule re-warehousing activities to allow for maximum storage

Analytical skills are required to assess trends and changes in day-to-day business.

Resolve employee issues

Ensure completion of cycle counts on a regular basis

Identify and implement process improvements


   The qualified candidate will have:

2 or more years of supervisory experience in a Warehouse facility.

PC, Microsoft Office software knowledge required

   The ideal candidate will have:

Radio Frequency (RF) bar coding experience

Six-Sigma / Lean experience a plus

Bachelor's Degree Completed or In Process

Previous management experience in an Union environment.
