As a member of the MJHA Administration Services Team, the Receptionist will maintain positive working relationships with tenants and co-workers while multi-tasking in an active business environment.
This is a temporary, full time position with regular hours as per the current CBA.
Education/Experience:
High school Diploma (or equivalent) plus Office Education and one year experience in an administration or office setting or an equivalent combination of education or experience.
Demonstrated abilities:
-Possess well-developed organizational and time management skills, have a professional and positive attitude to applicants, tenants and co-workers
-Accustomed to office routine, procedures and equipment including computerized software programs, such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Internet applications
-Perform calculations required for successful job performance
-Knowledge and/or experience in working with seniors and/or typical tenants
-Work effectively in a team-based environment
