We are hiring experienced Administrative Support professionals in the Saskatoon area. This opportunity will allow you to start working immediately and gain valuable experience as you assist with records management and general office administration. Job Description:

-Taking care of correspondence, records, business forms or other materials
-General filing duties including sorting and filing materials
-Photo copying and scanning documents
-Dealing with walk in customers and clients
-Understand and follow office security procedures
-Perform other administrative support duties as required by the department or office

Skills:

-Two years of experience in a similar role
-Experience working with basic office equipment: photocopy machine, facsimile machine, binding machine, etc.
-Organized and detail oriented
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks
-Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems
