RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strong administrative support for a busy office
Liaise with appropriate staff to ensure all inquiries are resolved
Prepare memos, reports, proposals and other documents
Other projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
5 years of experience in office administration is required
Highly organized and proactive with strong attention to detail
Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
Able to work and make decisions independently while managing priorities
Strong problem-solving capabilities
