Mobile Advice Centre (MAC) Team Member
Full-time Term Position (May  August 2016)

Innovation Credit Union is about to launch an innovative state-of-the-art member experience solution  a Mobile Advice Centre (MAC)! We are looking for 2 Team Members in our South Region to take our MAC on its maiden voyage this summer. If you are energetic, outgoing and technologically savvy, we are looking for you!

The Position: A MAC Team Member is an Innovation Credit Union ambassador; a personable, sales-orientated individual who is comfortable providing demonstrations and educating individuals on Innovation products, services and technology. These individuals will be traveling to events within their region where they will drive awareness of Innovation Credit Union through friendly, positive and informative interactions with members and potential members.

Areas of responsibility include:
-  Operation of the MAC vehicle
-  Create awareness of Innovation Credit Union through representation at regional events, including evening and weekend events
-  Conduct demonstrations of Innovation Credit Union products, services and technology
-  Educate members and potential members on Innovation products and service benefits, anticipate and overcome objections using creative problem solving
-  Analyze member needs and assist members to utilize the products, services and technology that best meet their needs
-  Foster business development through service excellence and product/technology knowledge
