Duties Include:

Embodies the values of the New Balance brand.

Provides exemplary service while fitting customers with shoes and apparel.
        
Maintains a presence on the sales floor as a Role Model and a Leader.
        
Attends all store meetings with staff and management.
        
Provides training and support to staff on all product knowledge inquiries.
        
Works with the Store Manager to develop and execute strategies to create the best customer service experience possible.

Maintains store appearance and takes lead on all window displays, merchandising and store image.
