Adecco is currently hiring for a contract Accounts Payable Clerk, to work with our client in Saskatoon, SK. To qualify for this Accounts Payable Clerk role, you must have a background in accounts payable and proven typing speed of 60+ wpm. You will be responsible for scanning in documents; receiving and assessing all invoices, ensuring invoices are accurately matched to PO's and other duties as assigned. Wage for this position will range from $15 to $16/hour +5.77% vacation pay.

Accounts Payable Clerk Responsibilities:

-Receiving and assessing company invoicing
-Reviewing vendor accounts
-Data entry
-Invoice Reconciliation within SAP
-Matching POs
-Some other administrative duties may be assigned

Accounts Payable Clerk Qualifications:

- Must have proven data entry skills, preferably 60+ wpm
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- 2-3 years experience in an office/accounting environment
- Business or accounting diploma is an asset.
- Experience with SAP would be an asset
- Must have reliable transportation
