Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for a National Sales and Marketing Manager. We are looking for an experienced and energetic sales professional to join our clients growing company. Our client is a long standing manufacturer in Saskatchewan with a passion for growth and team spirit. From humble beginnings our client has grown and expanded into North America and Worldwide agriculture markets. Responsibilities of the National Sales and Marketing Manager will include:
- Reporting to the General Manager; Maintain, develop and grow distribution network throughNorth Americaand abroad
- Establish company sales goals through analysis of past performance and projected growth.
- Meet sales goals by increasing effectiveness of team through sales training and guidance
- Strategize with Territory Managers as to untapped markets and develop sales and marketing plan
- Monitor sales performance by territory, implementing changes as required to achieve goals
- Gathering and analysis of quantitative information and reporting on revenue

Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of sales experience in an Agriculture-related business
- Post-Secondary education in Agriculture, Engineering or Business Management
- Experience in sales/marketing management effecting growth of an organization
- Passionate about personal development, training and employee success
- Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel occasionally (Canada and US)
