Bioriginal is looking for Purchasing and Procurement Manager to lead our efforts in sourcing of new raw materials and packaging. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain you will take a leading role in developing sourcing strategy, initiating and negotiating supply contracts, securing supply of raw and packaging materials, managing inventory levels, evaluating suppliers performance, supporting the development of raw material specifications, evaluating and developing supplier accreditations, and developing and managing department budgets.

A comprehensive understanding of sourcing both raw materials and packaging components
Strong negotiating skills to ensure reliable sourcing at competitive pricing
Track record of establishing strategic partnerships and alliances with key suppliers that will help Bioriginal meet its strategic objectives
Demonstrated ability to continuously monitor trends, new developments and market prices/fluctuations of key strategic raw materials and develop Risk Management and Contingency plans to support Biorginals leading position in the marketplace
University degree in business or science
PMAC or equivalent accreditation
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
