The Swift Current Stingrays Summer Swim Club is looking for a Head coach and coaches for the 2016 season. All coaches must be certified or willing to become certified. Our season runs from May to July.
Essential Skills
- Oral communication
- Working with others
- Job task planning and organizing
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)
- Level 1 Certificate in Coaching
Additional Skills
- Carry out management or administrative duties
Specific Skills
- Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions
- Participate in coaching clinic instruction
- Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events or games
- Develop, plan and co-ordinate competitive schedules and programs
- Analyze and evaluate athletes' or team's performance
