Description

This position is ideal for the candidate that wants to be a part of a company providing a valuable service to customers and believes in the development of employees and in the importance of a positive work environment. As Manager/Lead Technician, you will be responsible for day to day operations as well as devising and executing a sales plan from creative sources and qualified leads. You will conduct inspections and prepare a specific proposal to meet each customers needs then close the sale.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day operations including but not limited to:
- Developing and following a daily schedule, insuring friendly, timely and professional service.
- Visually inspecting for pest harborage, and pest entries.
- Carrying out remediation on properties.
- Prospecting for sales.
- Responding to and initiating telephone contact with potential customers.
- Developing community relationships for referral and sales opportunities.
- Preparing and presenting proposals and scope of work specific to the individual customers needs.
- Managing support staff as required.
- Achieving sales performance objectives.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in the pest extermination and/or building remediation industry
- Excellent communication skills and realize your job is not done till your customer is satisfied. Some sales experience preferred.
- The ability to "self-start" and work independently and taking personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems.
- This position will require that the applicant be able to work in extreme weather conditions, physically be able to conduct audits of home in a confined space (crawl spaces, attics, basements, etc.).
- Candidate must pass background screening to include a motor vehicle and criminal record check.
