Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Project Services, the Project Manager is accountable to provide leadership and direction to a project team and/or a
portfolio of projects, prioritizing requests, outlining project scope, work plans and schedules, roles, resource requirements, deliverables, integration
and transition to application and operation services, ensuring training needs and client satisfaction.
Bachelors degree in computer science, business administration, or engineering and 2 years experience managing integrated IT projects and
teams or a diploma in computer science, administration, or engineering and five years experience managing integrated IT projects and teams
Certification as a Project Management Professional or ability to obtain within 2 year from date of hire.

Experience managing IT projects in a highly integrated environment.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Ability to comprehend complex business issues.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co-workers, patients/clients, senior leadership team and/or the community.
Ability to integrate lessons learned and document for future use.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in various stages of completion according to priorities.
Ability to seek out and evaluate new methodologies, adapts, amend or modify to meet SCA requirements.
Communication skills are required to develop and present complex information including written documentation and verbal presentations to audiences with varying levels of comprehension ability.
Human relations skills required to ensure compliance and promote acceptance through negotiating with staff and suppliers where there is a requirement to resolve the conflict or situation.
