Full Time, Permanent - Ag Sales Representative
South and East Lloydminster Area
We are recruiting a highly energetic, dynamically motivated self-driven individual who is financially motivated to achieve Top AG Sales on a consistent basis position covering South and East of Lloydminster.
The successful candidate must have:
Positive effective manner to always promote and represent the company in sales/after sales follow up;
Innate ability as a self-starter to work independently or as part of a team;
Ensured, maintain and provided current product knowledge;
Hands on ability to assist with, or set up of, in-house and field demonstration equipment in a timely manner;
Basic equipment knowledge;
Good understanding or development of the values of particular machinery and resale potential;
Superior interpersonal and customer service skills;
Proficient communication skills, written and verbal;
Computer navigation ability with various computer programs;
Complete and maintain equipment/customer profiles, daily call reports, and all necessary sales paperwork;
Inner hunger to not only succeed but exceed personal and company goals for Top Sales;
Product Knowledge, formal education in Agriculture Engineering, Ag Business, and Crop Specialist or other related discipline and/or farming experience in this area will be preferred but not a requirement.
