To provide leadership and supervisory support to all areas of the store to assist management in maximizing sales. Delivers on daily financial/non financial goals. Demonstrates a high degree of customer awareness and engagement while accurately and expediently assisting customers. Will provide administrative support to the management team. Provides guidance, training and coaching to associates as required on company initiatives, sales programs and product knowledge. This associate will also have keyholder responsibilities (open and closing the store) and will perform Manager on Duty shifts.
