We are looking for a fun-loving Kitchen Supervisor who is ready to fire it up and join our fast paced kitchen team.
KITCHEN SUPERVISOR
As our Kitchen Supervisor, your focus will be on overseeing the execution of the brand menu and restaurant kitchen operations according to brand standards.  You will set your team up for success ensuring all prep work is completed prior to rush periods and will work as part of the line providing direction and upholding high food quality standards.   You will ensure all food safety standards are followed and perform double checks on all systems.

What you bring:

?    Minimum 6 months management experience
?    1+ years restaurant experience
?    Understanding of inventory management and labour balancing
?    Able to lift up to 80 lbs and comfortable working a kitchen setting
?    Passion for the grill and the Montana?s brand
?    Full and flexibility availability
