Adecco is currently recruiting a Property Manager to work for one of our clients located in Regina. Job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the resident/tenant relations and provides direction and coordinates office administration.
- Handle resident/tenant related issues as they arise and documents utilizing Resident/Tenant Concern Documentation and other related forms.
- Ensures on time submission of the monthly stats reporting (e.g. monthly rent roll, vacancy report, and fixed assets list).
- Ensures the appropriate handling of resident/tenant files and protection of personal information.
- Work in collaboration within the operational team which is composed of the Support Services Manager and Maintenance Manager to ensure a seamless integration and operation of housing services.
- Oversees timely resident/tenant application selection and life lease/lease agreement administration.
