Qualifying requirements:
    Journeyperson Red Seal Interprovincial Certification in Welding/Pipefitting
    Valid T-Sask. F3-F4 welding Certification. P-Groups 1-5, Position-6G Material Thickness- Maximum
    Industrial/Welding/Pipefitting experience in a Manufacturing or Heavy Industrial operation
    Ability to read, comprehend and write technical instructions, reports and procedure
    Demonstrates flexibility in uncertain situations and adapts well to change
    Display the ability to synthesize data and draw conclusions
    Reviews work and provides guidance to junior team members on work activities
    Ensure safe operating procedures (SOPs) are accurate and up to date
    Works with a strong safety orientation, and a commitment to personal safety and the safety of others
Additional qualifications are considered an asset:
    Valid T-Sask. F5-F6 welding Certification. P-Groups 6-11, Position-6G, Material Thickness- Maximum
    Valid Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB)  Welding Certification  S-Class All Positions (4F)
    Valid Saskatchewan General Gasfitter License
    Valid T-Sask Inconel Certification
    Duplex & Monel experience required
Physical Requirements:
    Engaged in heavy physical activities of various kinds. The physical effort required for lifting, pulling, and similar activities is considerable and the activities are performed some of the time in awkward or confined space which adds to the effort
    Work is in a live plant with compressed air, water, steam
    Capable of walking long distances
    Climbing multiple flights of stairs while carrying tools and/or small equipment
    May be required to work in hot, humid conditions as well as outdoors during cold weather conditions
    May have to work at heights
