Description
General Office Duties, including:
Front Line reception duties;
Collection of payments;
Filing;
Preparation and delivery of bank deposits;
Pick up office supplies weekly errands;
Assist with meeting preparation.
Qualifications / Skills
Entering or returning to post-secondary education fall of 2016
Organizational and Time Management Skills; and
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Preference will be given to post-secondary students with an interest in pursuing a career in local government administration.
