Description

The successful candidate will perform, but is not limited to the following Chamber functions:
    Prepare Board Meeting agendas and packages
    Send notices and attend monthly meetings, or as necessary
    Type meeting minutes
    Gather, filter, and disseminate information from callers inquiring to the Chamber through mail, phone, or e-mail
    Provide coordination and administration to Chamber sponsored functions and events.
    Sell Chamber membership benefits to new and existing non-Chamber businesses
    Visit new and non-Chamber businesses
    Oversee production of regional maps
    Handle Chamber mail
    A/R, A/P, Balance Sheets, Income & Expense Statements
    Write and distribute Chamber Newsletter Chamber Chat quarterly
    Maintain and enhance Chamber Web-site: www.meadowlakechamber.com and Facebook page
    Prepare yearly work plans with Deliverable Charts
    Participate in and distribute Chamber Joint Marketing Offerings
    Maintenance of 2 Chamber-owned Signs
