Hillcrest Early Learning Centre and has an opening for a supervisor at our childcare centre. Our childcare centre provides a great environment for the 55 children that can attend daily. We want the best people working with us to provide quality childcare in our community.
Reporting to the executive director the supervisor is responsible for the day to day operations of the child care centre. Their duties and responsibilities include: administration, monitoring child development, ensuring the execution of developmentally appropriate programming, general maintenance, acting as a support for the families that attend our centre, as well as encouraging community involvement.
Possible candidates require Early Childhood Education OR education and experience that will qualify for equivalencies. Examples of training equivalences include: Educational Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, Special Care Aid, Teacher or other certifications involving working with children.
