Job Description: Operates and monitors computerized building control systems and maintains facility/plant systems and equipment. Independently performs major repairs/installations on a wide variety of complex building systems and equipment.
Required Qualifications

Building Systems Technician certificate
5th Class Power Engineering certification, where required by the job
Refrigeration certificate, where required by the job
Experience
Previous: No previous experience.

Requires to be the point person through direction from the manager for the proposes of identifying supplies, communication, prioritizing work orders for assignment and completion.  Assumes responsibility of keeping the department , while engaging others,  for initiating and maintaining a 5 S environment.

The position has responsibility for Nipawin Hospital, Pineview Lodge and Community Health Building in Nipawin.

Equivalences of a higher qualification may be considered to Building Systems Technician Certificate.
Expected Start Date: February 28, 2016
Expected Up To Date: January 8, 2017
FTE: 1.00

Hours of Work: 112.00 hours per 3 week rotation
