Do you like numbers and keeping track of financial records? Are you detail oriented and like to organize and monitor various types of information? Can you stay calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times? If you answered yes to any of these questions then we want to meet you! The Lloydminster Interval Home Society is currently seeking a confident, energetic, and personable individual for the position of Office Administrator. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of the financial accounting for the agency, including payroll; as well as, clerical and reception duties. We require a detail oriented and personable individual committed to performing their duties as an Office Administrator with a high level of confidence and professionalism. This dedicated and reliable individual will have a post secondary education in the field of accounting/business and have extensive knowledge of Simply Accounting, Payroll as well as Microsoft Word and Excel. Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience working in a non-profit agency in a computerized accounting/bookkeeping role. As well, an understanding of Family Violence is a definite asset. A valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract and a minimum of three year's of driving and insurance history is required. The Lloydminster Interval Home Society is a leader in providing education, support and information to individuals and the community regarding the issue of family violence and homelessness.
