The Department of Small Animal Clinical Sciences, Western College of Veterinary Medicine, invites applications for a term Assistant Professor in Medical Oncology beginning July 1, 2016, or when successful candidate is available. Applicants must have a DVM (or equivalent), be eligible to practice veterinary medicine in Saskatchewan, and must have Diplomate status or credentials acceptable to the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (Oncology) at time appointment takes effect. Possession of an advanced degree is desirable. Responsibilities include high quality instruction to undergraduate and postgraduate veterinarians, participation in the clinical teaching and service programs of the Small Animal Clinic of the Veterinary Medical Centre; and scholarship in oncology.
