We are looking for a well-rounded leader in our Regina Branch who has a passion for what they do. A professional in structural design who believes the following are of the utmost importance; accuracy, customer service, teamwork, clear communication and getting the job done on time and right the first time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing residential roof & floor trusses & Engineered Wood Products for the local market utilizing structural designing software
Producing roof and floor layouts
Designing wall panel layouts
Working with sales and customers to provide solutions for technical issues
Ability to provide quality service and meet competing deadlines
KNOWLEDGE:
Degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural and Building Technologies or P. Eng
2 + years experience in residential structural design
Experience with MiTek and or Auto-CAD systems is an asset
Professional level oral and written communication skills required to effectively interact with staff, customers, contractors and inspectors
