Job Description:
- Clean cabins
- Serve meals in dining room
- Assist with kitchen duties in remote fly-in fishing lodge
Requirements:
- Serving and cleaning experience
- English speaking
- Must be personable, honest, and able to relate well with others.
- Must have experience in cleaning/serving/bartending
Education:
- Grade 12
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
- Advise on menu selections
- Serve food and beverages, general plate service
- Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
Wine and Stewarding/Serving Skills
- Present, open, pour and serve wine in appropriate wine glassware
Essential Skills

Transportation/Travel Information

- Set tables
- Replace linen
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
- Load buspans and trays
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs

- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
