Job Description: Provides psychological assessment, treatment and evaluation for preschoolers, school aged children, youth and their families.
Required Qualifications

Masters Degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology or Educational Psychology
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists
Experience
Experience working in the area of early years would be an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to accept and implement change
Ability to communicate with and maintain an effective working relationship with clients from diverse social, economic and cultural backgrounds
Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position
Ability to develop, evaluate and modify programming provided to clients
Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours including evenings/weekend as required
Ability to conduct client assessments and engage in effective treatment planning
Ability to plan, develop and conduct a variety of treatment and psycho-educational groups
Ability to effectively handle a large caseload, be a self-starter
Ability to effectively counsel and work with individuals, families, and groups
Ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of professional conduct and judgement and ethical behaviour in the provision of counselling services and other areas of practice
Ability to follow safe work practices
Ability to ensure quality standards are being met
Ability to maintain a positive attitude, pleasant manner and harmonious working relationships.
