The Client Service Professional is responsible for ensuring that each client receives the best possible care and attention. This is achieved by greeting each client, identifying their needs and providing prompt and accurate information, while maintaining a pleasant and professional atmosphere.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Monitor client flow
-Remain current with H & R Block products and services
-Answer the telephone
-Payment handling
-Other clerical duties
