Product Manager
Land Registry & Customer Experience
One (1) Permanent Position

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Land Registry, this position is responsible to deliver on all aspects of:
- Product strategy by providing thought leadership on new approaches to service delivery with a focus on leading-edge user experience (e.g. use cases, customer self-serve, web standards) and technology (e.g. web services, website design/development, work flow and business rules management, digital signature, mobile) concepts and best practices.
- Product management encompassing the marketing mix (product, price, promotion and distribution) and including meeting service level, financial and customer satisfaction targets; providing operational support; and ensuring policy compliance.
- Product development including identifying market problems; performing market opportunity assessments; gathering market and competitive intelligence; writing marketing and business requirements; planning and writing concept documents and business cases; identifying new enhancements; and policy development.
