REPORTS TO: Food & Beverage Manager
DUTIES:
-Good Communication Skills: with fellow employers and staff alike
-Customer Service Skills
-Hand-Eye Coordination: Require great knife skills, proximity to fire and many dangerous elements.
-Great Sense of Taste & Smell: Knowledge of when food has gone bad, and understanding proper seasoning.
-Stamina: Able to stand on your feet for long periods and lift heavy objects from storage. (Min 50lbs)
-Strong Teamwork Abilities: Able to work as a team to create a great dining experience for customers and staff alike
-Food Safety Handlers Certificate
-Other duties as assigned by Manager.
