Lac La Ronge Indian Band Keethanow Group of Business is now inviting applications for the following full-time, position based out of La Ronge:

Keethanow Corner Grocery Supervisor

Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Supervisor will assist in the day to day operations of the Keethanow Corner Grocery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-    Retail operations including, sales, customer service, inventory, merchandising, margins, budgets and planning.
-    Supervising, training, motivating and developing staff.
-    Control and protect all cash and inventory assets.
-    Complete administrative tasks as required including cash outs.
-    Assist in receiving incoming freight, counting, documenting, pricing and stocking.
-    Assist in ordering and implementing store merchandising programs.
-    Maintain model store presentation and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-    Minimum of 2 years experience in the retail industry, preferably in grocery/confectionary.
-    Excellent supervisory and organizational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
-    Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
