We are seeking a customer-focused Administrative Assistant, Member Services/Reception. Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this essential role provides administrative support for the Vice-President, Corporate Member Services, for the Executive Assistant, and provides administrative/reception support for the Saskatoon office. The successful candidate will be well organized, flexible, and proactive. They will demonstrate how to prioritize, will enjoy the administrative role. This is a temporary position (approximately 12-14 months).
Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day office functions including mail, couriers, filing, answering phones
Greeting / welcoming all guests (internal and external) to the Saskatoon office
Responsible for setting up new members and for termination notices for departing members
Providing assistance to our members as requested
Maintains documentation, agreements and records for Vice-President, Corporate Member Services related to his duties in support of Members
Assists with coordination of events and projects in the Saskatoon office as requested
Keeps file room in good order and filing up-to-date
Issues notices to vendors and members as required by various departments
Qualifications:
Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Intermediate Level)
Excellent listening and communication skills
High competence level in typing
Post-secondary administrative course with two or more years experience in an office environment is preferred; education/experience equivalencies will be considered
Bilingualism (French/English) is considered an asset
