SaskTel is looking for a part-time Senior Clerical Associate to book time for installation and/or repair of voice and/or data equipment and services. This position also involves entering requests into computerized load systems, dispatches workloads to craft personnel and manages workload capacity for all outside workforces. The Senior Clerical Associate tracks and monitors service levels in order to meet CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) and SaskTel indicators.

WHAT EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS IS REQUIRED?
1. Certificate in electronic technology/computer technology as recognized by Canadian Council of Technicians and Technologists (C.C.T.T.) OR Level 30 Math with working knowledge of voice products and services and workforce management systems typically gained from two years in a customer assistance or Install and Repair role.

2. Good analytical and decision making skills.

3. Good planning and organizing skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with others.

5. Working knowledge of personal computers and various software applications.

6. Keyboarding skills 20 wpm.
