OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
/ Bookkeeper
Applications are being accepted by the Palliser Regional Park Authority for an Office Administrator / Bookkeeper.
Under the direct supervision of the Park Authority, the Office Administrator/Bookkeeper's responsibilities shall be to manage the overall operations of the Park working in cooperation and collaboration with the Park Manager.
Qualifications:
** Creating and presenting all financial reports to the Park Board.
** Coordinate accounting and statistical data and report results to the Park Board.
** Interpersonal skills for dealing with the board, the public and other employees
** Oral and written communication skills
** Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
** Experience and training in office administration.
** A sound understanding of accounting and familiarity with QuickBooks
** Attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
** A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
** Personal initiative balanced by a willingness to follow directions.
