Are you our next Team Member?
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planning Coordinator at our Esterhazy, SK K2 location. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Maintenance Planner Lead, this position will assist in the coordination, control and planning of maintenance procedures, methods, modifications and expenditures which will result in optimum performance at the lowest economical maintenance cost to achieve maximum equipment availability.

What will you be working on?
*Planning, scheduling and work management.
*Preventative, predictive and asset management.
*MRO and material management.
*Resource allocation, backlog and contractor management.
*Cost control and services.

What is required for this role?
*Journeyperson ticket  Industrial Mechanic, Heavy Duty Mechanic, Electrical or Welder OR Technologist Diploma  Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
*Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in the mining industry. Good knowledge of equipment, maintenance costs and mechanical processes. Possess effective planning skills. Hoisting and rigging experience is an asset.
*Must be well organized and able to handle multiple tasks and assignments at the same time.
*Organize off-site repairs of mobile equipment and site vehicles.
*MRO and catalogue any spare parts required for the rebuild of equipment that comes through the services centre.
*Organize and coordinate the yearly Kova inspections of all the lifting equipment on location.
*Work with the other planners to ensure consistency with all job plans and workflow processes.
*Good computer skills required. Knowledge of Maximo and Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel is an asset.
*Ability to work and function as a team player, willingness to learn
