BRANCH MANAGER/SALES
We are recruiting a dynamic polished individual for a permanent, full time position.
This is a top notch company that offers excellent compensation packages, competitive base salary with % commission on sales, a company truck as needed.
Manager Duties:
Responsible for the achievement of the branch objectives, sales while fulfilling the expectations of the owners, customers and the staff.
Develop, train and coach employees/staff
Develop relationships with potential customers
Greet customers and assist them with their needs and issues as required.
Make farm visits to market the dealership.
Ensures sales inventory has requisitions for servicing and inspections.
Ensure customer equipment is properly organized in yard and sales inventory is clean
Ensure company assets such as vehicles and service equipment are serviced
Complete whole goods inventory checks monthly.
Sales Duties:
As salesmen achieve time management, excellent territory management
Positive aptitude with effective manner to promote and represent the company
Sales, Agriculture and Farm Equipment knowledge;
Excellent understanding of technical aspect of equipment with computer navigation with the ability to educate the buyer;
Good understanding or development of values on particular machinery and resale potential;
Superior interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
Qualifications:
Formal education in Agriculture, Agriculture Engineering, Ag Business, Crop specialist
Farming experience preferred
