Description

The key for this position to establish relationships with our clients and manage accounts efficiently. As the account representative, this position requires to provide support services to various accounts. These services are in sales orders, invoicing, and collections.

Key Objectives:    
Establish and maintain relationship with our customers-10
Efficiency and accuracy in all aspect of support services-10
Teamwork with solution providers-10

Job duties and responsibilities
Answer incoming calls, emails, or fax request sent from sales representatives or customers to process sales orders.
Able to fill and complete an invoice in a timely manner.
Follow up with various stakeholders upon collection on assigned accounts. Must stay professional while able to meet deadlines on collections.
First contact resolution for all inquiries sent by customers and sales representatives.
Comply and enhance account service policies and procedures.
Consistent initiative and proactive measures in all areas of business such as; using Bamboo HR, Microsoft exchange schedule, and identifying problems on accounts.  

Work Qualifications:
2 - 3 years of support services or account management experience.
Ability to work collaboratively as a key member a team and independently with minimum supervision.
Client relationship focused.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure of competing deadlines.
Must have strong computer skills and be proficient with the Microsoft Office Package.

Education qualifications:
Must have high school diploma.
Business certificate, diploma, or degree is considered as an asset.
