Our client provides industrial asset optimization services through better business process, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) technology and Reliability Centered Maintenance services. This includes Plant maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance, and Total Productive Maintenance.
They are looking for field engineers with Reliability Centered Maintenance experience to interview for projects across Canada. Projects are planned to start in January/February 2016.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior Reliability Engineers are responsible for assisting with the full portfolio of Reliability Centered Maintenance services including EAM Assessments, Maintenance Master Plan Implementations, PM Optimization, and Asset Walk Downs. These roles will be with customers from a variety of industries and require at least 10 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in engineering
At least 10 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
At least 5 years of functional utilization of a CMMS system (Maximo or SAP preferred)
Required certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt, Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional (CMRP)
Extensive experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Asset Criticality Rankings, Asset Bill of Materials, Predictive Maintenance, PM Optimization, Planning and Scheduling, Bad Actor CMMS Data Analysis (Pareto Charts), Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), CMMS Functional Utilization/Training, and Report Writing.
Must have experience with presentation preparation and delivery
Willingness to travel on a weekly basis to customer sites
