is in need of Sales Supervisor

Employment Terms: Permanent - Full Time    

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist sales people in selling vehicles
Ensure customers are provided with top-notch customer service, consultation and explanation of required vehicle
Supervise and coordinate activities and schedules of sales staff
Prepare reports regarding sales, services and inventory
Hire,  train and arrange for training of newly-hired sales staff
Recommend, provide quotes, finalize sales and do customer follow-ups
Determine solutions to arising problems like customer complaints
Perform other related duties as required

Working Hours:  8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 9:00 AM  5:00 PM, 2 varied days off per week

Wage/Benefit: $18.20/hour + Comprehensive Insurance Coverage (80%-100%), No Vision Care

Work location: 2405-50 Ave., Lloydminster, SK S9V 1Z7

Employment Requirements:
Education:  Completion of secondary school is required  
Work Experience:
   - At least 1 year of sales experience is required
   - Very good negotiating skills is required
   - Above average communication and listening skills is an asset
